I doesn't happen much any more. I just switch to terminal and back and
it's fixed. I'm sure I'll never find the real reason, so this might as
well be closed.

Just had the issue again. I can not move windows with the mouse.
Alt-F5 did however manage to minimize the application when it happened
(firefox). The I manager to minimize the next window, xchat.
I was then able to minimize/maximize xchat and work in xchat. But I could no
longer use any of the
