The problem is worse than I originally realized. The touchpad
disablement is lost when I exit the Input Devices section of System
Settings, not just when I reboot. So in effect there's no way to
disable the touchpad ever, even though there's a provision for it.
What can I do to remove the "Incom
I tried "apport-collect -p gnome-control-center 713880" as requested,
but got a whole bunch of errors. I tried to post the transcript here,
but for some mysterious reason the post was rejected, so I sent it to
Fabio personally as a last resort.
