I tried, but I got this:

should be opening in your browser. After you have authorized

Error connecting to Launchpad: [Errno 4] Interrupted system call
You can reset the credentials by removing the file 
"/home/pwa/.cache/apport/launchpad.credentials"

I went into the browser and followed the procedure as well as I could
and approved the authorization, but it instructed me to return to the
original request, which I couldn't identify. The cache file doesn't
exist.   I don't know what's visible on your end.
