I think I have found the problem with my installation. /var/lib/mysql is
a link to a location on an iscsi target. I am fairly certain the iscsi
targets were not connected, because eth1, my iscsi interface wasn't
brought up. eth1 didn't come up when I rebooted after the upgrade, Now
eth1 and iscsi a
