I've just run apport again. Not sure this gives additional information
of what has just happened.
Please note that the problem is in suspending, not resuming.
- i close the lid
- the system doesn't ever fully suspend (I can hear the fan)
- I reopen the lid: the screen is black but not turned off

I've sent the information collected with apport, as I was asked to do.
However I'm not sure whether the collected logs are the relevant ones.
I've run apport after being asked to do so, while the issue happened a
