Yes, I know. I uset his mozilla daily-ppa already. And there I found, that
the package thunderbird-locale-de is still in version 3.0. while
thunderbird there is already version 3.1.
This needs to be fixed one day.

I also think, that some of these problems could perhaps be caused via
firefox, because the current updates will not be installed.
So I did the same command as above for Firefox and this is the result:

OK, thunderbird runs fine, since I left these packages installed. With
the installation, these packages were updated and upgraded.
But one strange thing remains: everytime, whe I do update or upgrade

OK, I found the way, how to update thunderbird correctly.
In Ubuntu it is necessary to leave the old version installed.
Then install this Repository including the key.
Then run the Update and Dist-upgrade.
Afterwards, it is necessary to install these additionally packages from
Synaptic:
so now I imported your files again and got this output in the terminal:
