That's exactly what unclutter is for, so this is no bug in unclutter but
intended behaviour.
Uninstall unclutter if you don't want this behaviour. If it's pulled in
by some other package, please reassign the bug to that packag
I don't know GTK's internals, but I still try to make suggestion.
Can setting opacity to cursor instead of hiding resolve this issue?
