1. I have two machines: one is running Karmic and on the other I'm testing Lucid
2. On the machine with Karmic I synced contacts long time ago (following the
steps from wiki)
3. I can see these contacts on https://one.ubuntu.com/contacts/
4. Now,
After you attach the logs or comments you can change the 'Status' of
your bug back to 'New'. The status of a bug report can be modified by
clicking on the current status in the yellow line, which will reveal a
sub menu. You can then set a new status in the drop down box.
