It won't be out for dapper anymore (too low priority to warrant the
work) but is fixed in Feisty and such in couple weeks in the next LTS.

A question for rest of us - should we close the bug announcing fix in
later release (Feisty), or should we always repair it also in reported
ubuntu release? The latter would be surely better, but I seriously doubt

this bug is assigned to Ubuntu Czech Translators and is concerning
localization, so we don't suppose you could help us with that :)
But thanks for offering your help. We use this package (language-pack-cs) for
reporting mistakes and errors in ubuntu translation into czech language..
That bug is about half-way translation in gnome-power-manager in fully
updated Dapper. You can see it on screenshot - "Power Information" is in
English, rest of text is in Czech.
