After weeks of problems and the rfkill stopped working in kbuilds 16 and up. I then noticed that I have a button on the key board fro the wireless. The last kernel update broke it completely. Now even the above 'fix' dose not work at all. When the system first rebooted the wireless box in the panel network box did not even show. rfkill unblock all which prior to the kernel upgrade started the wireless lan, Now no effect.
