I am experiencing the exact same problem. Ubuntu on a Dell E1705/9400
(Core 2 Duo, 2gb ram, NVIDIA GeForce Go 7900GS) with nvidia-new. I can
suspend the first time with Fn+Esc (that's my standby key), and resume
fine by lifting the lid or pressing the power button. Second time, it
does not fully wa
yes, as fedora is behaving even worse. i'm again using ubuntu (fresh and
clean install) and can confirm that this bug is still there and behaves
exactly the same but i haven't seen kernel oops for a long time.
