I missed something...after step 5 then
5.5) Click "OK" to close the window and then "Close" to close the "Users &
Groups" settings

The script needs the ability to change bug reports because it will be
adding your system information as an attachment to the bug report. You
can remove the existing credentials by deleting the file
'~/.cache/apport/launchpad.credentials'. Then you will need to execute

I run that script but I gave only read-non private data privilege.
The script ended up with error:
"Error connecting to Launchpad: HTTP Error 401: Unauthorized
You have to allow "Change anything" privileges."
That "Change anything" privileges sounds scary to me though but if you can

I do have the same problem after installing fresh jaunty.
mplayer works fine but totem with gstreamer playing standard DVD have no sound.
I have followed all instruction on Jaunty sound solution (pulse audio) -->>

I ran the script and installed python-launchpadlib. I cannot allow the
system to gain information to all my data, including personal data.
Maybe someone else will have this problem and give you full access to
their personal data.
