I've solved the error, it wasn't a bug.
Thanks to the cups error_log with LogLevel=debug I found what was wrong.
I'm terribly sorry for my wrong bug report.
This error occured because of missing fonts.
Cups didn't find the fonts in the directory /usr/share/cups/fonts/FreeMono.ttf
because they were
