Yeah, so the problem was similar to one of olksy: the libboost-python1.37.0
from intrepid manifested newer version than one in jaunty, but in fact didn't
include libboost_python-mt-py26.so.1.37.0, only
libboost_python-mt-py24.so.1.37.0 and libboost_python-mt-py25.so.1.37.0. Maybe

And yes, I've just checked, libboost-python1.37.0 is installed.

I'm getting the exactly same bug with deluge 1.1.8 from PPA repository. I don't
have any libtorrent-rasterbar1 and libtorrent-rasterbar2 seems to work alright.
I suspect that maybe there's some other problem. I'm getting the following
output:
$ deluged -L debug -d
