This also happens with flashplugin-nonfree 10.0.12.36ubuntu1 on Ubuntu
8.10 with the gnome-settings-daemon volume-change overlays and notify-
osd not installed at all. So it's a bug in the Flash plug-in, not a bug
in Notify OSD.

This also happens to me, on youtube and every other flash video site I
have tried.
But it only happens with the sound volume notifications. The
notification that I get when I pull the power cord on my laptop doesn't
affect full screen mode. I can also disable notify-osd temporarily, and
the same
I cannot reproduce this with notify-osd 0.9.9 using the non-free flash-
plugin. I tried firefox and epiphany. In both cases fullscreen flash-
video (from YouTube) are not affected in their fullscreen-state when a
notify-osd notification-bubble pops up.
