For a long time now I have a connection problem with my laptop (Dell
Inspiron 2200), using a Belkin Wireless G notebook PCMCIA Network Card.
I get around it by editing /etc/rc.local and add

I want to describe a bug, since all attempts to apply a solution failed.
Both wireless and wire connection to internet is very slow - but the same
connection using windows is pretty fast.
- The bitrate of 11 MB/s is never reached; mostly I have about 500 k
