Actually, tests with 0.9.13 showed regressions in Intrepid which is why
we made the conscious decision to stick with 0.9.10. Jaunty is on 0.9.13
now, or at least will be once libasyncns is promoted to main so that it
can build.

I understand, and however i am currently pulse with hardy right now...
with this said, i ran in to only one problem with compiling it on
hardy... that was that libspeex was too old ( requires 1.2rc1 which is
latest unstable ) and that i had to compile it with the following
commands before the confi
I do not think it is possible for the moment for intrepid: packages are
frozen in intrepid; so you need to wait synchronisation for Jaunty in
order to have a backport (if possible) of this version of pulseaudio
from Jaunty to Intrepid.
