I installed Intrepid Alpha 6 and have been running apt-get update; apt-
get upgrade
Those pop-ups, that appear when somebody send me a message. Kopete icon
in system-tray starts to rotate, and above this icon there is should be
a small pop-up with a message and "view or ignore" sign. But this
messages appear not above system tray icon, but at the top of my screen.

of. Also say which version of the software you are using and which
version of Ubuntu you are using.
