AMD no longer supports pre-r600 hardware on fglrx, so we're closing this
bug as wontfix at this time.
Going forward, Ubuntu will be focusing efforts around -ati for this
hardware.

The input device stuff is almost certainly unrelated to the S-Video
issue, but to explain the error - X.org doesn't like it when you have
multiple InputDevice sections with the same Identifier.
Could you please attach your /var/log/Xorg.0.log as well? We cannot
begin troubleshooting until we see
