"Un-duplicated", thanks. Red corruption screen in intrepid was a common
issue not related to the bug you get in bug 235662 and it has been fixed
by latest kernels for most people. Thanks for keeping this bug report
updated so we can know if the issue persist in your case.

It is difficult to triage this bug to a specific package without more
information. Please try booting your system with the "quiet splash"
parameters removed from the kernel line. To do this, boot Ubuntu, and
press Esc at the first screen. Then go down to the "kernel" line, hit
"e", delete "quiet
