I can still reproduce the erratic touch-pad behavior after a suspend/resume on 9.04 kernel 2.6.28-13. Note, Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 suspends and resumes to cause the behavior but after it happens I have to reboot to get usable touch-pad behavior back. It's a serious enough defect to make Ubuntu n
