I did not understand very well the issue of README.source. At the end I
chose to explain briefly the patches that includes aMule, but I do not
know if that is what was requested.

The reason for configure_ignore_gdlib-config_garbage.diff is indeed to
not have those dependencies in amule, as Kry said. They will of course
be in amule's dependencies, so they will still be installed by those
libraries, but they won't be in amule's Depends, making transitions and
stuff like that
