I can confirm that this dependency problem exists with the siproxd
package in hardy, 1:0.5.13-1ubuntu2, and that the siproxd package in
hardy-proposed, 1:0.5.13-1ubuntu2.1, does have the correct dependency
against libosip2-2.

I have managed to get around the issue for the moment by installing the
debian version of this package from the debian stable repository at
http://packages.debian.org/stable/i386/libosip2-3. I hope the ubuntu
devs can pick this up and fix it by the time 8.04.1 is released.

I can replicate this using the latest updates for 8.04. This is a high-
level bug for siproxd since it renders it unusable to anyone installing
for the first time on 8.04.
