Bug confirmed. I am able to reproduce this bug by simply entering: sudo apt-get install siproxd
Output: Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable distribution that some required packages have not yet been created or been moved out of Incoming. Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that the package is simply not installable and a bug report against that package should be filed. The following information may help resolve the situation: The following packages have unmet dependencies: siproxd: Depends: libosip2-3 but it is not installable E: Broken packages ** Changed in: siproxd (Ubuntu) Status: New => Confirmed -- cannot install siproxd on 8.04 due to missing dependancy libosip2-3 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/238427 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
