It seems the reported crash is unrelated to the original bug, and there
are positive test results. To put an end to this stalled SRU, I copied
it to hardy-updates. Please file a new bug for the crash you reported,
it's not a regression from this SRU.

I can see graph with version 4:2.0-0ubuntu2.1 from hardy-proposed. I
noticed "Error!" popup too, it no longer appeared after installing
graphviz. Please note I'm unable to display graph without graphviz, so

When I tried to run a cluster example from graphviz.org website, kgraph
comes up with a blank screen. Doesn't show any errors whatsoever. I
recently updated ubuntu gutsy gibbon to hardy heron 8.04 using update
manager.

kgraphviewer(32583): DotGraph::slotDotRunningError 0
it seems that it should say "Unable to start dot".
Do you have graphviz installed and the dot program in your path ?

For me in both 4:2.0-0ubuntu2 and 4:2.0-0ubuntu2.1, i get an "Error!" in
a popup and output like:

Opening with 4:2.0-0ubuntu2 just shows a grey background, with
4:2.0-0ubuntu2.1 I can see the graph.

TEST CASE:
1. Save http://graphviz.org/Gallery/directed/crazy.dot.txt as ~/crazy.dot
2. Install kgraphviewer-kde4 and run it.
3. Open ~/crazy.dot in kgraphviewer.
4. Without the patch, the window shows an empty gray screen. With the patch,
it displays a graph as seen on http://graphviz.org/Galler
Accepted into hardy-proposed, please fix.
