I can see graph with version 4:2.0-0ubuntu2.1 from hardy-proposed. I noticed "Error!" popup too, it no longer appeared after installing graphviz. Please note I'm unable to display graph without graphviz, so it should be added to Depends or Recommends, at least on GNOME-based Ubuntu boxes (I did my tests on a clean Ubuntu Hardy box).
