I'm not sure if it's the same case, but I found my problem solved after cleaning some files under $HOME/.cache, installing gnome-screenshot and reloading GNOME. (Installing gnome-screenshot may not be of use for I removed it thereafter, and it still worked.) I'm using the newly-installed Ubuntu
