I can confirm the same problems on my Lenovo T460 running Ubuntu 22.04.05 using
kernel 6.8.0-47.
Switching back to kernel 6.5.0-45 solves the problems.

I have the same issue after updating to 24.04 LTS.

Updated from Kubuntu 22.xx LTS to 24.04.1 LTS running with
6.8.0-45-generic (x64) kernel.
Standby will suspend but nothing can wake up it up again.
Hard shut down is required to turn it on again.
Shut down does not work either.
System leaves
