I have the same issue after updating to 24.04 LTS.

sleep and power off does not change the laptop to total power off mode. The FN
Key is always on until the battery is empty or a hard power off is done.
I have a dual boot with Windows 10 installed, there is everything normal. If I
change the kernel with grub to 6.5.0-44-generic, also everything is working as
expected.
