the answer is negative. I installed mantic using virtualbox. I added the
hellenic (greek) language as usual and issued the gsettings commands in
order to change language using Shift+Alt. I upgraded the system to
noble, since the issue was observed during an upgrade from mantic to
noble. I d
Can you reproduce this issue, perhaps in a virtual machine?
First install Ubuntu 22.04 LTS or 23.10, get your language support
working, and then perform the upgrade.
