Hello, the answer is negative. I installed mantic using virtualbox. I added the hellenic (greek) language as usual and issued the gsettings commands in order to change language using Shift+Alt. I upgraded the system to noble, since the issue was observed during an upgrade from mantic to noble. I didn't observe the language problem.
