Given the amazing product support, I decided to completely give up and re
install the entire OS. That was an astonishing support for an LTS product ...
For people who have a similar issue here are the things that does not work so
don't waste time one:
- rebooting
- rapidly updating the system ti
The only thing I observed in the dmesg is that the Realtek card reader
keeps dropped off the USB bus.
Please update the system, the new kernel has a fix for the card reader
that may help your case.
