I just update my bios today to see if it would fix my issue, it fixed
other things. ( quiet n cool, now working correctly )
in my case:
1: it seems like my harddrive was put to low powered mode or part of the IO sub
system was put to sleep
2: programs needing to write to a file or open a new fil

it's I/O related? kernel + bios?
like the Harddrive is stop and restarted, the othe harddrive did that
too but it never locked up the pc.

I reinstalled everything that started with python, which seemed to help,
fingers crossed but I'm not sure this totally fixed it.
