Attached is a plymouth-debug.log with quiet and splash disabled and
plymouth:debug enabled. Unfortuanly I can not gatter a plymouth-
debug.log for the failing case as there is no unecrypted disk for the lg
to be written to.
Current state:

For testing and debugging I have added a new key "abc123" and added
"plymouth:debug" to grub. I will try and get a debug log.
