Possibly a related issue. Scenario: Assume a default document in
portrait view on-screen and with "Page Width" selected. If
Format>Page>Landscape is then selected, the on-screen view remains
unchanged (that is, the landscape setting now causes the document's
right-hand side to be off-screen). H
page format shows correctly, not sure why you can even set print page
from printer. Withdraw this bug.
