Possibly a related issue. Scenario: Assume a default document in
portrait view on-screen and with "Page Width" selected. If
Format>Page>Landscape is then selected, the on-screen view remains
unchanged (that is, the landscape setting now causes the document's
right-hand side to be off-screen). However, if View>Zoom is selected,
the "Page Width" radio button is confirmed to be selected. If this
dialog box is then dismissed with the OK button, the screen view changes
to the new landscape page width. It is assumed that what should happen
is that the screen view should update itself automatically when the
Format>Page>Landscape is then selected.
