Going forward, we're focusing our tablet support to -wacom and -evdev. Upstream's intention is that these should cover all tablets including this one, so we do not need a profusion of different X drivers for specific brands of devices. As you guys have noticed with fujitouch, these drivers are not

Ok, I had to remove the xserver-xorg-input-evtouch to make it work better... The package should have a conflict with that driver otherwise it hangs the xinput in quite a strange way... -- [needs-packaging] add support for fujitsu tablet input device https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/134401 You rece

Hi Ahmad I have a P1610 and have downloaded and tried your package. It seems to work fine on my lappy. Well done. The only thing not working is the 'stylus' does not rotate with the screen - using the 'fjbtndrv' for the 4 buttons and rotate function. It looks like there were options using xorg.c

I've tried preparing a driver package, available at the following ppa: https://launchpad.net/~syockit+launch/+archive/ppa I need someone to test it. After installation, a xorg restart may be required. To Gluschenko: I'm not quite sure why you got that error, as it built fine on my system and also

It would be awkward to have a driver that works in a different manner than other devices supported by evtouch to be packaged together, but I understand the concern of having so many random drivers. I would strongly recommend that you work to get this driver taken upstream by debian. Or even more ideally would be to figure out if it can be merged into -evtouch (or even -evdev). We're trying to cut down on the number of random input drivers we maintain, especially ones not maintained at freed
