the *-kdecopy packages are old packages that were installed with the
first kde4 packages that were created and have since then been replaced
with the libqt4* packages that are current.

What happened is I had the kdecopy version of the qt libraries.
This is the output of the apt-get install libqt4-core command:
Fetched 1835kB in 2s (675kB/s)
(Reading database ... 190022 files and directories currently installed.)
Removing qt4-qtconfig-kdecopy ...
Removing qt4-dev-tools-kdecopy ..
Running "sudo apt-get -s install qgis" here doesn't show any problem.
Can you please check why the qt4 libs can't be installed?
Try "sudo apt-get install libqt4-core" (or libqt4-gui or libqt4-qt3support).
You might need to run this also on the output from this command to find the end
and the real
