Well, you were using the vesa driver before and now you're using the
correct ati driver. Since you have a PCI card, you don't need to specify
BusType AFAIK.
BTW, you are right about just attaching the files as they are of course,
not cat them.
Was your initial xorg.conf auto-generated?

Alright, well, the 'cat' commands gave me so much terminal ran out of
room, so to speak. As such, I am attaching copies of the actual files;
not the printout from the terminal. I hope that's still okay.

The restricted Drivers Manager says my hardware doesn't need restricted
drivers And I'm not using fglrx. I'm using the one that shows up as
"ati" when you reconfigure xorg. Also the one used in this tutorial:
