virag, the network card in the DG33FB is not supported by kernel 2.6.20.
Your problems are not related to the fact that lspci doesn't know the

I ran sudo update-pciids on my DG33TLm.
Now the lspci output looks like this:

That fixes the problem for me in Feisty, I can assume it does in Gutsy
as well, although I downgraded to 7.04 for stability.
