ubuntu kernel 2.6.20-15-generic
i have dg33fb board with intel 82566dc-2 network card
lspci gives(same as nelson)
e.g 00:19.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation Unknown device 294c (rev 02)
already ran sudo update-pciids
command executes but cannot resolve sourceforge.net and does not update
so unknown device error continues
i think cannot connect to internet due to absence of identification of network
card
please help
am very new to linux
