There is another problem, however, a second problem: the pop-up sound that
should come out when I raise the volume does not come out as well as those of
twitter and facebook ... I will in this case I just upgraded from the cd

1) Pretty much for the bug of "shortcut" I went to change the settings
in system setup, keyboard shortcuts, audio, and media and I changed the
shortcuts in the Volume Down button lowers audio volume to F11, then I
changed the shortcut volume up key and the F12 key and change succeeded!

works after using gsettings reset-recursively org.gnome.settings-
daemon.plugins.media-keys ,however, the pop-up that indicates the sound
and those of twitter do not work!
