Hello!
I just tested it again and asked the system to suspend activities via "suspend"
in the menu (top right corner).
After it got suspended, with the power led blinking, I pressed on/off button
and it presented the following message:
"COULD NOT WRITE BYTES: BROKEN PIPE
STARTING VIRTUAL BOX KERN

The problem was detected running KERNEL 3.12-SAUCY, as described in the
beggining of the report.
The page you pointed to reports available kernels in version 3.7 yet.
I dis not send the report using it because the tool provide for deeper
investigations asked for an official kernel

I switched among many distributions in a quest for a good experience in this
machine. Some did not even boot the system. Ubuntu 12.04 ans 13.10 among them.
Mint 15, Zorin 7, openSuse 13.1 and Xubuntu 12.04.3 worked fine. These latest
