Hello! I just tested it again and asked the system to suspend activities via "suspend" in the menu (top right corner). After it got suspended, with the power led blinking, I pressed on/off button and it presented the following message: "COULD NOT WRITE BYTES: BROKEN PIPE STARTING VIRTUAL BOX KERNEL MODULES ...DONE." The system does not answer to any key or its combination except on/off button pressed for 8 to 10 seconds, in order to shutdown the machine. The kernel version is 3.12.0-031200-generic as presented right above in last message.
