Thanks for your feedback, i'm closing this report due your last comment about
beeing fixed, if you experience this issue again in hardy please file a new bug
report this would be about a new version of the application which is much
different from the one you're currently using.

Well, everything has worked fine in Gutsy. I'll give Hardy a go on the
laptop as soon as I can (Saturday I guess) and I will post back. I do
not anticipate any problems (I'd be really surprised If the problem re-
appears in Hardy).

better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in
it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you?, Can you please
try with the live environment of the Desktop CD of
Tested with Hardy Alpha 5, everything ok ;)

I haven't rebooted lately, and yes, I usually install all updates unless
I'm sure they are going to break my config (example: feisty's network-
manager packages on my desktop). I only reboot when I install a new
kernel. I did a little more searching around, and it seems that this is
a bug introduce
Have you updated recently? Sometimes a power management package upgrade
will make the computer report bogus information until reboot.
