In that case, after disabling raring-proposed, you will also need to
manually downgrade the libx11-6 package. Raring-proposed is not meant to
be used by end users.

This is not a bug in ia32-libs. You have an unofficial version of the
libx11-6 package installed:
Remv libx11-6 [2:1.5.0-1ubuntu1] [gvfs:amd64 ]
If you install packages from a ppa and then disable that ppa, you should
use the 'ppa-purge' command to restore your system to the standard set
of pac
