This is not a bug in ia32-libs. You have an unofficial version of the
libx11-6 package installed:
Remv libx11-6 [2:1.5.0-1ubuntu1] [gvfs:amd64 ]
If you install packages from a ppa and then disable that ppa, you should
use the 'ppa-purge' command to restore your system to the standard set
of packages, because multiarch libraries must be at the same version on
each architecture and if the package is no longer available, the package
manager has no choice but to do things like this to satisfy requests.
