xorg/edgers seems to have fixed everything.

Ok I updated the kernel to 3.8.0-030800-generic and it fixed the
crashing issue. I can now turn on both monitors with this setup. Only
problem is that I get wierd boxes/streaks when I move the mouse cursor
or move windows. I took a picture with my cell phone since print screen

Gave my machine access in the browser.
Clicked on send report.
Then I reproduced the error and caused the kernel to crash again. This
