I can confirm
I have a Compaq Presario V3117LA Laptop, system freeze immediately
burning at max speed (8x) in k3b, nautilus, gnome backer. At 6x system
freeze just near the end of burning. At 4x finish with errors in the
medium. At 2x all it's OK.
On freeze i can move the mouse with bad res
To track down this problem, we need some more information about your
system and install.
Can you run the following commands in 7.04 and attach the output to this
bug report.
