I can confirm it: sometimes, Dash Home becomes unavailable, if you clik on the
Dash-home icon, Dash Home doesn't appear. Is seems like a graphical / display
problem. The only thing that appears are the icons of a window, which you

Is this a fresh install of Ubuntu? Are the applications not seen in the
application lens as well? By default when you click on the three dots
(called the dash button), the home lens is shown by default. You can
open the applications lens by pressing Super + A where Super is the
button with the wind
